Economics of Popcorn

Did up my site! hohoho.. like e yellow beetlecar? i do.. haha

here's a qn:

a small popcorn + a small coke @ $5.50
a medium popcorn + a medium coke @ $6.00

Which would you buy?
the difference is 50 cents, so bascially if u view e value of e additional coke n popcorn (after consuming e qty of a small set that is) more than 50cents, you should get e second set

The truth is, no one ever finishes a popcorn in movie.. albeit small or medium... so unless you are sharing with a huge groups (huge groups also seldom finishes their popcorn) so rationally, no one should be getting the mediun size set unless you know that you would actually consume more than the qty of a small set...

yeah that was wat i've thought too todae. but then lookin at e 2 set and e difference in price, i still bought the medium set in e end... haha... (a singaporean economist, ceteris paribus)

Conclusion? - There is a certain utility to knowing that you have so much pop corn in your bowl that you cant finish at all.. dont see e reason why? i dont blame you...
