Disoriented

I'm losing my ability to form coherent sentense. Cant seem to be able to express myself in spoken english. Weird for in my work place, i am using english. Then again, i've never really finish my sentenses these days. I just left it hanging cos cant find the rite word in time. Wondering what is wrong with me.
