never ending race

that's life. isnt it?

We basically compete from the day we were born to the day we step into our grave.

Competition everywhere.

The number of times you go up to the board for presentation,
The grade you get for homework assignment
The no. of internship you got accepted for
The extent to which you have prepared your thesis topic
The no. of friends doing the same course as you
The no. of prof you are "close" to

Which actuali signals your CAP.

The speed you get your job after / before you grad
The name of the place you work in

Of course implicitly, the clothes you wear, the variety of bags and shoes you own, the gadet you use... which all signals the pay you are receiving, or your family background.


Been to a few interview that requested for my parents' occupation. Dont think perfect social mobility exist in this world. Cant think of a good enough reason for that question.

Still being penalised for an essay written out of topic half a decade ago.

Sigh...

Losing steam.. dont want to compete anymore.. so tiring... Its like its wrong to be contended. socially pressured to join the competitions.

Its the Vacations! for goodness sake!!
