One thing i dont like about work.... (as thou there is only one thing)

It doesnt really make sense when i am expected to know local geography and history at the back of my hands. I am a econs students. Not history. I feel more like a student while working. Bombarded with questions i dont even know existed. If this is a job, i work. You tell me what to do, i do. Cant expect me to give you the answers when i dont know what is the question... things are always not as described. As such most meetings achieved almost absolutely nothing! everything is bound to change. there are always additions and of course there are some issues and promises that jus disappears.

I am supposed to get the stuff on friday, hand in working the nex sunday. But i got the stuff only on Monday, incomplete and i am supposed to hand in on thurs. attempts to clarify things only end up with more than what was supposed to be the work load. Amazingly I dont earn much in the end, most of the time at least. (after you minus the opportunity cost of the liasing time, the meeting times, and the cost of the incoming calls! who cares if i have free incoming.) Per hour rage wage is the most ineffective for such a job. Because efficiency and productivity is not rewarded. Moral obligation is the only thing working.
