TemporoMandibular Joint Jaw Pain

I have no idea what that is. Feeling rather miserable.. Last night there was this pain at the both side of my jaw that prevented me from sleeping. It felt as thou I just tightened by braces. The pain soon spread to my head and it was throbbing pain the whole nite. Since my wall fan has retired, I had my aircon on. Since my air con is not exactly working well, (the thermostat function is gone) So i was freezing in bed with throbbing headache and dry lips. Think it was ard 3am tt i woke up despite teh headache and off e aircon. By 6am it was throbbing headache in a stuffy room with no fan, no air con.

Thought it was caused by wisdom tooth... went to my dentist and realised that the clinic is no longer there. The jaw pain gradually subside, and now i am left with just the headache...


just the headache...
