First lesson of the last sem

"Hey are you getting first class? Econs very easy to get first class one rite? i heard a lot of people get first class every year."

Was asked this question by a yr 3 biz gal on the first day of lesson. I was honestly stunned. Really dont know how to answer her, could only manage a "maybe" She was actually pressing for an ans, or so i felt. Probably it would help if I were in first class. But then again, if i am, then that question would still imply that my first class was nothing but something you will definitely get as long as you enroll with econs dept. Maybe i shd ask basant how to ans that question.

Taking the business minor really made me grateful tat i didnt go into biz sch in the past. its jus not me. but then again, if i had been in biz all along, i would be able to find friends and secure a gd grp for proj for most mods, so it wont b as agonising as it is now. Same for e case of SMU i guess.

Apparently most kids in this class studies 10 hrs a wk = 2 wks per day.. hmm.. am i turning into a geek?
