a very heavy feeling... my heart feels heavy.
my spirits are low.
what is the cause of it? i can't pinpoint.

could it be the increasing waistline?
or losing the game of minesweeper flags?
or e sudden realisation that most friend's cap are above me?

maybe its my diet causing me this mild depression.
or the quietness of my room
probably its just hormonal.
